Kate Times Two

'The name is Kate.'
As he looked up, a woman was standing beside him.
'Frank.'
'I knew.' She smiled when she noticed his surprise. 'I'm a friend of Lisa.'
She wore black jeans and a thin T-shirt. Her hair was long bound together in the back. The muscles in his neck hurt. He stared nervously at the empty glass in his hand.
'The pictures are something.'
The art gallery was located in the lower part of an ancient building. A crowed was gathered in it, studying the works of a young artist. Lisa had mentioned her name but Frank was not able to remember it.

The House at the Beach
Gilbert straightened up and reached for his glass.

The Fang
The road led through the wooded hills to the city. The lights of a ship flashed before the coast. On the way to the car Raul stopped suddenly.
'I believe I've seen something.'
He stared into the darkness between the trees behind the gas station.
Susan giggled. 'It needs more to scare me tonight, Raul.'

Sean works at the lonely gas station of his uncle. Some friends come to visit him tonight, but they are not the only ones...
